"Occulted City - Kyoto Z" inspired by Masaki Kinoshita's Japanese novel "Mermaid's Flesh" is set in Kyoto at late Tokugawa (Bakumatsu).
In addition to Okada Izo, Sakamoto Ryoma, Okita Soji, Hirayama Goro, and others who became non-human after eating the flesh and blood of mermaid, this Asian Gothic Dubstep Abum presents a dark fantasy that mixes truth and fiction, such as Toyoda Mitsugu (a Kyoto yin-yang priest who was executed for political purposes as underground Christian), the secret of raising the dead, and Ohshio Heihachiro, who was possessed by a forbidden book, all of which Cam Lasky most wanted to create as sound images.
